Our Cisco CCDE lab Bootcamps are 10 days in length and take place on a regular basis throughout our UK based training locations. We also offer to conduct our CCDE lab Bootcamps at customers premises as required.

We will prepare you on all topics you will face in the CCDE lab exam! Our only goal is to make students pass the Cisco CCDE lab certification exam on the first attempt!

CCDE Prerequisites
There are no formal prerequisites for CCDE certification; other professional certifications or training courses are not required. It is expected that the candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the topics in the exam blueprints, a minimum of seven years job experience, and a thorough understanding of networking infrastructure principles. For the CCDE lab training courses, we require the delegates to have passed the CCDE written exam (ADVDESIGN 352-001) prior to attending  our Cisco CCDE lab bootcamp.

CCDE Course Objectives
Expert Level Network Design and Architecture Experience

CCDE Assesses advanced Network Infrastructure Design Principles and Fundamentals for large networks. A CCDE can demonstrate an ability to develop solutions which address planning, design, integration, optimization, operations, security and ongoing support focused at the infrastructure level for customer networks. After passing the written exam, delegates can then proceed to the CCDE Lab Boot Camp which will prepare them for the practical lab exam.

Our 10 day CCDE Bootcamps for the CCDE Practical Exam are designed to ensure a candidate’s ability to perform the following tasks and are based around the technologies as outlined in the CCDE written course:

Gather, clarify, and analyze existing and new network requirements
* Identify requirements and determine how they shape the purpose and expectations of a given network.
* Demonstrate the ability to gather and validate information about an existing network.

Develop network designs to meet functional specifications
* Choose the correct technology to resolve a specific network design problem.
* Create a network design that minimizes or eliminates negative impact on the existing network and services.
* Create a network design that is scalable.
* Create a network design that is elegant and supportable.
* Create a network design that is resilient.

 Develop a plan to implement network design changes
* Evaluate the impact of implementation options.
* Develop contingency plans for network restoration.

Convey design decisions and rationale
* Justify network design choices based on functional specifications.
* Justify technology choices based on technical requirements.
